M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd have been awarded the Bilton Property Level Flood Protection Works as part of the YORcivil Framework.

Work has commenced on the scheme which includes the construction of small pump chambers within the boundaries of private dwellings with suspended wooden floors, the supply of air brick covers and demountable door barriers.

Vehicular Accesses & Driveways

As a Local Authority approved contractor, M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd can construct vehicular accesses to council specification for both Hull City and East Riding areas.

Once a client has received their application form from the council, a quotation can be provided free of charge.

To carry out excavations in the public highway M.B.Roche & Sons hold the relevant insurance certificates and supervisor and operative Street Works certificates to be council approved contractors.

Hull City Council Domestic Footpath Crossings

Application Forms for a domestic footpath crossing are available from Hull City Council on 300300 for free. Once the client has received this, checked planning permission is not required (not on a classified road or in a conservation area) and contacted M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd, a quote for the works will be sent out immediately. Upon acceptance of our quote all service drawings will be collected and the permit for the works applied for from Hull City Council.
Once constructed payment will be required within 28 days and the crossing remains part of the highway and Hull City Council will be responsible for its maintenance.

East Riding of Yorkshire Vehicular Accesses

Application Forms for a domestic vehicular access are available from East Riding of Yorkshire Council on 0845 600 1666 for £28-00.
Upon receipt of your application a Council Officer will visit the proposed site to assess the feasibility of the access. You will then receive notice that the crossing can go ahead. At this point you should contact M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd for a free quotation to be sent out immediately.
Upon acceptance of our quote send notice to East Riding of Yorkshire you have nominated M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd as your contractor. Service drawings and the permit will then be collected and a start date arranged.

Driveways & Hardstandings
