The company was set up by Malcolm Roche in 1977 and the family run business became limited in 1982.

M.B.Roche & Sons Limited has a fully trained workforce with management qualified up to NVQ Level 3 and operatives qualified in both NVQ Level 2 in Construction Operations and Plant Operations. This has resulted in all management and staff holding up to date and relevant CSCS and CPCS Cards. As a result the company was awarded the Platinum Award for Commitment to CSCS. The company has a low staff turnover resulting in a very reliable workforce with many years of experience.
